My name is Hans Wallström and I am head of sustainability at Skanska Commercial Development Nordic, we develop commercial workplaces and the surrounding city. I am married and have two children, living in a house in Upplands Väsby outside Stockholm. We have a summer cottage in Gästrikland so I spend a lot of time there, otherwise it is family and outdoor activities, such as golf and long-distance skating that fills my free time. For me, the job as sustainability manager means that I focus on environmental issues, a lot of climate and circularity right now, and health and safety issues, how can we as a developer contribute to a healthy and safe work environment for our own staff and those who build and manage our properties. I also work with social issues linked to our role as urban developers. I have an interesting and exciting job and do it in a company with the opportunity and ambition to influence!
