Jim Perry, WTCA General Counsel, is an international legal practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in corporate, transactional, intellectual property and regulatory matters, having worked for several global organizations (e.g., Tupperware Brands Corp., Give Back Brands LLC., Elizabeth Arden, Inc., and US Playing Card Co.). During his tenure, he has served in both legal and business capacities as general counsel, president, vice president, and as a COO.

Jim is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Special Committee on International Relations and the International Trademark Association. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. in International Comparative Law), Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law (JD degree), and Tennessee Temple University (BA degree).
