As a Rotary Alumni, Patricia Moinard discovered that all cultures and intercultural understanding are key factors for international business success. After a two-year scholarship in Ontario, Canada, she went back to France and completed a Master's degree in International Trade. This opened many doors — for several years, she developed new foreign markets for regional companies and also spent five years in Senegal, where she managed a France-Senegal cooperation program and set up a local company together with local partners and investors.

Now back in France, she continues to support local players to internationalize their business and increase their innovative strength. For more than 10 years now, she has been Director of the Department of Economic Development at Inspire Metz (Metz Metropole).

Moinard is also the Director of World Trade Center Metz-Saarbrücken, a unique cross-border and binational WTC, gateway to both French and German markets and to worldwide opportunities thanks to the WTCA network.
