Since 1995, Mehran Eftekhar has been a Director and the Group Head of Corporate Services at Nest Investments Holdings Ltd., parent of 17 World Trade Center licenses. Through his efforts, WTC Cyprus obtained certification as a Center of Excellence, and hosted the WTCA EMEA regional meeting in 2006 and 2018. Eftekhar was an advisor to the WTCA’s ad hoc Governance Committee, helping bring reforms and added transparency to the WTCA’s business practices. He has been a Board Member since 2012 and is currently chairing the Audit and Risk Committee of the WTCA Board. He has been involved in real estate developments located in Qatar, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Cyprus, Australia, China, United Kingdom and Spain. He also serves on the Boards of WTC Algiers, WTC Cyprus, and WTC Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
