Since 1990, 30 years of real estate expertise.
Jürgen Rees has been able to deepen his expertise in the entire real estate sector since 1990 through his work as an architect and interior designer and has been responsible for the following properties, among others:
• Haus an der Kreuzkirche, Dresden, on behalf of EGW mbH
• Business Park Dresden, on behalf of EGW mbH
• Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, Food Area, on behalf of Planungsgruppe S
During his time as head of project development at the eastern branch of Bilfinger Berger Projektentwicklung GmbH, he gained important management experience and was responsible for the Maxtorhof in Nuremberg and the Speckshof in Leipzig, among others.
The switch to real estate management was completed with the establishment of Bilfinger Berger Real Estate Management GmbH (BB REM). Here, Jürgen Rees was responsible for the asset management of all Group real estate in the new federal states and Bavaria.
In 2009, at the request of JPMorgan, Jürgen Rees took over the asset management of the World Trade Center Dresden, which at the time had a vacancy rate of almost 30 percent. Due to the extraordinarily successful work of the entire team and the outstanding development of the WTC, the cooperation with Jürgen Rees and RECO has been successfully continued by the new owner of the WTC, a real estate fund managed by Deka, since 2017.
