Stefan Scholl is a real estate economist and MBA with 29-year experience in open ended property funds and investments. Mr. Scholl has been Head of Acquisitions & Sales, Europe at DEKA Immobilien since July 2007. From 1995 to 1998 he was dealing with Acquistions/ Project Development at Deutsche Grundbesitz-Investmentgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt (now DWS, Deutsche Bank). In 1998 he moved to Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, where he led Real Estate Acquisitions till 2001. From 2001 to 2004 he was General Manager and Vice Head of Acquisitions/ Portfolio Management at SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH, Frankfurt (now Savills) and from 2004 to 2007 Head of Acquisitions at LB Immo Invest GmbH, Hamburg (now PATRIZIA).
