Former Minister of Trade of Algeria and current CEO & Founder of SAF International Product DZ, with more than 30 years of expertise in international trade, economic policy, and diplomacy. As Minister of Trade (2018–2019) and former Director General of Foreign Trade, he represented Algeria in major negotiations, notably as Chief Negotiator of the AfCFTA and the Pan-Euro-Med rules of origin.

With two decades of involvement in Algeria’s WTO accession process and his key contribution to the EU–Algeria Association Agreement, he is recognized as a leading expert in trade negotiations, regional integration, and international economic cooperation. Today, he combines high-level government experience with entrepreneurial leadership to foster international economic partnerships.
