Graduated as a State Engineer in Geophysics, he also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management.

Mr. Ould Mohammedi has built a rich career as an engineer and manager, holding various positions of responsibility within Sonatrach subsidiaries, the largest company in Algeria, before serving as CEO of a company in the hydraulics sector. He was also a member of the Executive Board of the Réalisation et Grands Travaux holding for five years.

He also pursued a career as a senior civil servant, first within the Presidency of the Republic as Director, then as Inspector at the Ministry of Public Works, and finally as Director General at the Ministry of Industry.

Thanks to this extensive experience, he has become an expert in industrial strategies, industrial project management, logistics, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams. As a business management and industrial strategy consultant, he was recently appointed Secretary General of the Trans-Saharan Road Liaison Committee.
