Ms. Nouara BAROUDI, with over 15 years of experience in electronic payment, cash management, and digital solutions and innovation, currently serves as Head of Development at Société Générale Algeria. Recognized as a key expert in her sector, she has led numerous strategic projects related to electronic payment, electronic payments, and digital transformation.

Her career path has allowed her to acquire solid expertise in the design and deployment of innovative solutions, complex project management, and change management. An active member of the EIG Monétique, Ms. Baroudi represents Société Générale Algeria in the regulation and development of the electronic payment sector. She participates in the development of standards and the development of payment infrastructure in Algeria, working closely with the Bank of Algeria and all stakeholders in the ecosystem.
