This collaborative working session invites Members to help shape the future direction of WTCA North America. After a brief review of the current business plan and key opportunities, participants will break into small groups to develop ideas and recommendations around Growth & Membership, Trade Services & Programming, and Revenue Models & Sustainability. The session will conclude with rapid report-outs, capturing priorities and actionable strategies that will help guide the region's business plan for 2027.
