CRITICAL UPDATES (2025–2026)
Pursuant to Resolutions No. 127/NQ-CP and No. 389/NQ-CP, Vietnam now grants 90-day E-visas to all countries and has extended unilateral visa waivers to 45 days for strategic partners.
Do You Need a Visa?
Start by checking whether your nationality qualifies for visa-free entry below. If you do not qualify for a visa exemption, you should apply for an E-visa before traveling to Vietnam.

No Visa Application Required
If your nationality is listed below and your stay is within the applicable visa-free period, you do not need to apply for a visa in advance. Simply present your passport with at least 6 months of passport validity and two blank visa pages at the immigration counter.

If your nationality is not listed above, you should apply for an E-visa before traveling to Vietnam.

ELECTRONIC VISA (E-VISA)
Vietnam's E-visa is available for stays of up to 90 days. Travelers who are not eligible for visa-free entry should apply before traveling to Vietnam.

E-visa Application Tips
✓ Ensure that your passport remains valid for the duration required by Vietnamese immigration regulations.
✓ After uploading your passport data page, the E-visa system may automatically populate certain passport information fields. Review all auto-filled information carefully and ensure it matches your passport exactly before submission.
✓ Verify all application details before payment, as incorrect information may result in processing delays or application rejection.
✓ The current government fee is USD 25 for a single-entry E-visa and USD 50 for a multiple-entry E-visa. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
✓ Processing times are determined by the Vietnamese immigration authorities. Participants are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance of their planned travel date.
Requesting a Visa Support Letter
If you require a Visa Support Letter for your travel to Vietnam, please send your request to gbf2027@wtcbecamex.com and provide the following information:
• Full Name (as shown on passport)
• Nationality
• Passport Number
• Organization / Company
• Position / Title
Visa Support Letters will be issued to confirmed participants of the 2027 WTCA GBF and are typically processed within 2–3 business days following verification of registration.
