Eng. Ramadan El-Wasati El-Arnaouti is an architect and investment expert with over 30 years of experience leading major urban and tourism development projects across Libya and the region, where he has held senior executive roles focused on driving economic growth through strategic initiatives.
He currently serves as Managing Director of World Trade Center (WTC) Cairo and as Vice Chairman of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) Regional Advisory Council for the Middle East and Africa (MEA RAC), where he contributes to strengthening regional economic cooperation, international trade, and cross-border investment opportunities.
Previously, Eng. Ramadan chaired the Board of the Economic and Social Development Fund (ESDF) and led several companies specializing in real estate development, tourism investment, construction, and urban development. He has also served on the boards of various organizations and strategic committees focused on investment and economic development, building extensive expertise in corporate governance, investment management, and the evaluation and execution of major development projects.
