Dr. Eng. Veselin Todorov serves as the Chairman and Founder of the Solar Academy Bulgaria Association. He is also the founder of “VVT Engineering” EOOD and is recognized as an engineer and educator.

Dr. Todorov has been an esteemed faculty member at the University of Mining and Geology, specializing in the “Electricity Supply and Electrical Equipment” department. He has actively led numerous training sessions within the realm of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and has been a featured speaker at various events centered around green energy.

His advocacy focuses on the reform of outdated regulations to streamline the establishment of photovoltaic plants, combating unjust commercial practices within the sector, and fostering the development and education of professionals in the field of renewable energy sources.
