Netanya Caldwell is the North American Membership Lead at the World Trade Centers Association, where she supports the growth and engagement of a diverse network of World Trade Center businesses in the North American region.

Netanya has an extensive background in relationship and project management, and has led international teams of over 100 individuals across sectors and disciplines, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local community impact. Additionally, with an international development background, Netanya is passionate about fostering inclusive, cross-border community building through sustainable economic pathways. Having specialized in civil society engagement and economic growth initiatives in conflict-sensitive communities, her work bridges institutions and individuals, connecting shared interests and resources to promote opportunity, resilience, and long-term growth. She brings empathy, clarity, and strategic insight to engagement, prioritizing understanding and trust to strengthen collaboration.

Netanya holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Sociology from Roanoke College, along with certifications in data analysis and human rights advocacy.
