Ms. Goodness Alabi is an international business development and trade professional with a strong focus on trade education, facilitation, and promotion.
Currently serving as the Programmes and Trade Missions Lead Executive at the World Trade Center Abuja, she brings over five years of progressive experience in international business development, trade facilitation, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

She is recognized for designing and delivering high-level trade programs that connect African businesses to global opportunities while advocating for youth-led participation in international trade.

Goodness holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Benin, with multilingual proficiency in English and French—enhancing her effectiveness in cross-cultural trade engagements. She has facilitated and contributed to major global trade forums and projects both locally and internationally.

Beyond her core role at WTC Abuja, she is set to launch Next Gen Talks—an initiative designed to empower African youth with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to participate meaningfully in international trade and leverage diverse global markets.

Her career is underpinned by a solid foundation in project management, business development, trade capacity building, and global partnerships, complemented by certifications from globally recognized institutions such as the International Trade Centre, Nexford University, Google, University of Pennsylvania, the University of Colorado Boulder, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
