Cancellations

For those Members receiving a free ticket, we ask that ticket cancellations be made prior to August 17, 2025, so that other WTCA Members may attend in your place.

For those attendees with paid tickets, a complete refund is available for cancellations made prior to August 17, 2025. The credit card processing fee paid at registration is non-refundable. Please direct any questions regarding to cancellations to Milan Ramjee, WTCA Membership & Business Development Lead MEA, at ramjee.IC@wtca.org.

 

Transfer Policy

Transfer of registration (same ticket type) is permitted prior to September 5, 2025. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that transfer as well as updating any contact / demographic information. Please direct transfer requests to Milan Ramjee, WTCA Membership & Business Development Lead MEA, at ramjee.IC@wtca.org.
