Visa Assistance
Most conference attendees will require a visa to enter Egypt. Eligible travelers can apply online through the official Egypt e-Visa Portal. The e-Visa is typically available as either a single-entry or multiple-entry tourist visa and generally allows stays of up to 30 days. Applications should be submitted at least seven days before departure.

Please include the following information with your request:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Organization/Company
- Conference registration confirmation
Please allow adequate time for processing before submitting your visa application.
General Requirements
- Passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date.
- Completed online visa application.
- Payment by credit or debit card.
- Apply at least seven days prior to travel.
For U.S. Passport Holders
U.S. citizens require a visa to enter Egypt. Travelers may apply online through the e-Visa portal before travel or obtain a 30-day tourist visa upon arrival at Egyptian airports. A passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry.
