Who is Eligible to Receive An Award?

WTCA Members

Qualifications for WTCA Members

  • The nominated Member must be in good standing with WTCA, with no outstanding legal or branding issues.

  • The nominated Member must be current with 2025 membership dues.

  • The nominated Member must have submitted a an InfoShare form within the past 12 months.

  • The nominated project must have been initiated, completed, or demonstrated significant activity within the last two years (2023-2025).

Affiliated Companies

Qualifications for Organizations Affiliated with a WTC Business

  • An affiliated business or organization is a current, verified member of a World Trade Center business.

  • The nominated project must have been initiated, completed, or demonstrated significant activity within the last two years (2023-2025).

Submission Requirements

All entries must be completed in full via the online WTCA Visionary Awards application. Submitting digital materials that support the entry (e.g., charts, graphs, photos, other graphics, videos, program URLs, news articles, testimonials, promotional materials) is highly recommended.

There is no fee to enter the competition. An organization may submit up to one application per category for as many categories as they choose. A project may only be submitted for one award category.

If both a WTCA Member and one of its affiliated companies submit the same project in the same category, it will be reviewed only once. Nominations are evaluated on the quality, substance, and reach of impact — not the number of submissions.

Incomplete submissions or those missing required documentation will not be considered.

By submitting, applicants consent to the WTCA using submitted information and materials for promotional purposes.

Who can be nominated?

Only projects may be nominated.

  • The nominated project must have been initiated, completed, or demonstrated significant activity within the last two years (2023-2025).

  • WTCA Members may submit projects for any of the Core Pillar or Strategic Impact categories.

  • Companies affiliated with a WTC business (tenants, partners, members, etc.) may submit projects for any of the Strategic Impact categories.

An organization may submit up to one application per category for as many categories as they choose. A project may only be submitted for one award category.

Yes. Staff of affiliated companies may nominate their WTCA Member for any of the award categories.

No. Each project can only be submitted in one category, but you may submit different projects for other categories.

We encourage photos, videos, press coverage, testimonials, and measurable outcomes that demonstrate the project’s success and impact.

No. The quality and reach of impact are what matter, not the number of submissions.

Yes. Companies affiliated with a WTC business (WTCA Member) may submit their own projects for consideration. However, after submission, we will request confirmation from the WTC business to verify that your company is a client.

The application is free-of-charge to all WTCA Members and their affiliated companies.
