Sharon Aguayo is a native New Yorker with over two decades of experience working in the global non-profit industry. She is responsible for managing the development and execution of strategic projects to engage and nurture relationships with WTCA Members.

Before joining the WTCA, she developed, managed, and implemented the global recruitment strategy for the International Trademark Association (INTA). Identified opportunities to expand in international markets by establishing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with members, trademark associations, and national offices and was a part of the core team that launched a consumer awareness campaign in 2012.
