  • Attendees do not require an invitation letter to apply for the visa. However, if it is required, please contact Mr. Khang Nguyen at khang.nnd@becamex.com.vn.
  • E-visa does not apply to Chinese Passports issued after 2011. Chinese Passport holders with passports issued after 2011 will have to apply for regular visa

Transportation

• The WTC BDNC will provide free pick-up/drop-off services from the HCM City Tan Son Nhat Airport and HCM City to BDNC and vice versa.
• For pick-up/drop-off between the HCM City and BDNC, the WTC BDNC may choose 1-2 gathering locations in HCM City that is convenient to most participants due to the heavy traffic in HCM City.
• If any participant would like to register for a private pick-up and drop-off, we can provide that at an additional charge. 
• Please fill-in an online pick-up/drop-off form and submit at your earliest convenience.
