In a long career, in the Western Australian property industry, Neil has built a reputation as one of Perth's leading property operators and a negotiator with extensive experience across a broad range of property sectors.

Neil's past roles have included:
• Inaugural Board Chairperson of ASX listed - Global Construction Services (GCS).
• Director Office Leasing, Colliers International Perth.
• General Manager Property, Westralia Airports Corporation (Perth Airport) - during a period which established the Airport as a major property developer.
• Freelance consultant for projects including; 240 St Georges Terrace, Rydges Hotel Perth, Ellenbrook Estate, Yanchep Sun City Estate.
• General Manager Property for the State Government Employees Superannuation Fund – original owner of the Central Park Office development.

Neil is currently the Executive Director of World Trade Center Perth; a member of the over 300 strong network of World Trade Centers across 88 countries and whose charter is to promote international trade.

World Trade Center Perth is a wholly owned subsidiary of World Trade Center Holdings Cyprus Ltd (WTCHcy).

WTCHcy is a wholly owned company of the Nest Investments Group—which is owned by Mr Ghazi Abu Nahl.

Nest, via WTCHcy holds 18 World Trade Center Licences including Fuzhou and Pingtan and, in addition to Perth, Mr Neil Kidd is the coordinating executive for the China portfolio.

Mr. Li Mingxing is the Founding Chairman of WTC Haikou. He has a PhD degree from China and Japan, and has worked in the State Economic and Trade Commission, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) since 1995.

In 2014, as the Vice Chairman of CEC in charge of international cooperation, he facilitated the MOU for Strategic Cooperation between CEC and WTCA, and thus started serving for the WTCA network from then on.

When Hainan Island was designated as a free trade port by China in 2020, he founded WTC Haikou in the capital city of Hainan. Currently, WTC Haikou is located in the landmark building in Hainan free trade port. It provides comprehensive business services such as global business information docking, local business matching and global investment consulting. In addition, according to the tax free policy of Hainan free trade port, WTC Haikou is also committed to operating a consumption boutique mall, introducing brand products from WTCA global network to Chinese market, and sharing Chinese brand products to the world, to deepen pragmatic win-win cooperation among global WTC networks.

He has been particularly active in representing most major consumer goods companies in Vietnam in instigating changes to the tax treatment of advertising and promotional expenditure.

She also has a wide spread experience working with national chambers of commerce. She has been engaged with WTC Bhubaneswar since its inception in the year 2014. At WTC Bhubaneswar her objective is to work towards making the center one of the most preferred World Trade Centers in the WTCA network and enhance the export potential of the state by supporting the local entrepreneurs in exploring the international markets.

World Trade Center Bhubaneswar today stands recognized as one of the young WTC’s to get accredited by the WTCA for excellence in Trade Development and Business & Member Services. During her career, Ms. Natarajan has supported more than 200 MSME business members associated with the Center and played a pivotal role in establishing collaboration of the WTC Bhubaneswar with State Government, major industrial bodies and academia through number of MoU‘s enabling effective initiatives towards promotion of international trade, UN SDG’s and socio economic upliftment of the region.

Ms. Pascual was a recipient of the inaugural WTCA Champions Award for Member of the Year in 2020 and the Philippines Women Leadership Award in 2018 for exemplary leadership, commitment to success, dedication as a servant-leader, and track record of professionalism and integrity.

Ms. Pascual completed her Master in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is a holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines. Recently, she was conferred as a Fellow by the Academy of Multi-Skills of the United Kingdom and was awarded a Certificate of Completion by the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education for the Leadership for the 21st Century Program.

Ms. Shen has 30 years’ experience engaging in the residential and commercial construction industry supply chain, and 10+ years engaging in investment and funds management of high tech and manufacturing industries. She holds multiple positions at different organizations, including:

• Founder of Eurasia Investment Co., Ltd.
• Founder of X-BY Smart Living Co., Ltd.
• Arbitrator of the Shenyang Court of Arbitration.

Ever since joining WTCA with World Trade Center Shenyang in 2018, Christina has actively participated in the offline and online activities of WTCA, advocated and supported mutual assistance and communication among the World Trade Centers, actively promoted the construction of the Business club and interactive activities between the members of WTCA.

Christina has been promoting the WTCA brand by investing in the digital SAAS platform “Source and Tool” and its “Business APAC Channel" for B2B connecting between members to strengthen network globally and realize the value of membership of more than 300 WTCs, initiating City Show program among WTCA members, and promoting the Trade and Peace Competition of WTCA Foundation.

Mr. Sharad Upasani is Chairman of World Trade Centre Goa and Vice-Chairman of World Trade Centre Mumbai. He has been associated with WTC Mumbai for more than twenty years. Mr. Upasani is also Chairman of Blue Dart Express Ltd. which is part of DHL Group and is dominant logistic Company in express cargo sector. He has a post-graduate degree of Master of Commerce and also did Bachelor of Law from University of Bombay and a Masters of Business Administration from U.S.A.

Mr. Sharad Upasani has occupied the highest position in Maharashtra State Administration as Chief Secretary. Mr. Upasani has varied experience in Administration as he had the opportunity to work both in State and Central Government and Public Sector Corporations. At the State level he has worked as Secretary Industry Department and also as Managing Director of Maharashtra Finance Corporation, Chairman of Maharashtra Textile Corporation, Vice-chairman of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation. At the Central level he has worked in Finance Ministry, Industry Ministry and Information & Broadcasting Ministry. He was also Chairman of Company Law Board and Chairman, Bureau of Costs and Prices, New Delhi. From 1974 to 1978, Shri. Upasani was on deputation to International Monetary Fund, Washington, USA.

After retirement in 1996, Upasani is practicing in the field of Corporate Law and has acted as Arbitrator in variety of cases including infrastructure projects. The basic academic background in Commerce/Banking, Law and Management and vast experience in administration has enabled him to handle variety of cases and disputes in Family Business.

Vineet Verma has been with Brigade Group from 2006. He is presently the Managing Director of WTCs Bengaluru, Chennai & Kochi. The group proposes to develop two more World Trade Center businesses in Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram. As Director, Brigade Hospitality, he also heads Brigade Group’s Hospitality business that includes Star Hotels, Lifestyle Clubs and Convention Centers. He also serves as Director in two group companies. He is a member of Managing Committee of Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce and is also the Chairman of its Expert Committee on Tourism. Mr. Verma is the Vice President of Karnataka Tourism Society. He has been acknowledged on several occasions, for his contribution to Tourism & Hospitality sectors. Recently, he was recognized as one of the top 25 leaders in mid-sized organizations in times of crisis in India by Great Place to Work Institute. Under his leadership, Brigade Hospitality was awarded first place in 'India's Great Mid-Size Workplaces 2021' category by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) and 4th in Asia. Mr. Verma is also involved in promoting the cause of the Girl Child, in association with World Vision India.

Mr. Wang draws from his twenty years of expertise in businesses relations and trade in the U.S., China and other Asian countries to lead WTCA’s efforts in developing business relations in Asia Pacific region.

Prior to his appointment to WTCA, Mr. Wang served as Vice President of the World Trade Center San Diego. During his tenure, he organized 19 trade missions to Asia with participation of companies and senior State and local government/business leaders, and provided thousands of small and medium-sized companies with assistance in information, communications and connections for doing business in Asia.

He holds a Masters of Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) degree from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS) at University of California, San Diego (UCSD), in addition to M.A. and B.A. degrees from Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University), China.
