Hrishikesh Nair serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Brigade Group and the President of World Trade Center Kochi. In his immediate past role, Mr. Nair headed World Trade Center Chennai, where he oversaw its construction, operationalization, and successful leasing to major international IT companies.

Before joining the World Trade Centers, Mr. Nair worked with the Government of Kerala, leading the state’s IT parks. During his six-year tenure as CEO, he played a pivotal role in developing IT infrastructure, attracting multinational corporations, creating employment opportunities, and significantly boosting software exports across the three major IT parks—Technopark, Infopark, and Cyberpark.

A postgraduate from IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Nair brings over 25 years of extensive experience in international business. He began his career in the IT sector and spent more than a decade in the United States, working with multinational companies and leading operations across the US and LATAM regions.

Mr. Nair is currently engaged in establishing the new World Trade Center in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
