• Participants are advised to apply for their visa through the official Indonesia Immigration e-Visa System. Before submitting an application, please ensure that your passport is valid for the required period, select the appropriate visa category, prepare all necessary supporting documents, and follow the application procedures outlined by the Indonesia Immigration authorities. For the latest visa policies, entry requirements, and processing information, please refer to the official guidance issued by the Indonesia Immigration authorities.

Flight

• Jakarta is served by Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), with international arrivals operating through Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Most major international and domestic airlines offer direct flights to and from Jakarta.

 

Airport Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services 

• Travel time from the airport to Jakarta city center is approximately 45–90 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

        Private Transportation

• Delegates are encouraged to contact their selected hotel directly to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services, subject to availability and applicable charges.

        Ride-Hailing Services

• GoCar and GrabCar are available at Terminal 2D, 2E, 2F, and Terminal 3.
• Booking assistance is available from on-site service personnel.
• Accept cash and card payment. 

        Taxi Services

• Bluebird Taxi and Golden Bird are available at the arrival areas of Terminals 2 and 3.
• Reservations can be made at the designated taxi counters or self-service kiosks.
• Accept cash and card payment.
