Registration Change/ Additions/ Receipts

If you would like to change an item in your registration, please contact WTCA at events@wtca.org.

 

Cancellations

For those Members receiving a free ticket, we ask that ticket cancellations be made prior to July 15, 2026, so that other WTCA Members may attend in your place.

For attendees with paid tickets, a full refund is available for cancellations made before July 15, 2026. The credit card processing fee paid at registration is non-refundable. Please direct any questions regarding cancellations to WTCA at events@wtca.org.

 

Transfer Policy

Transfer of registration (same ticket type) is permitted prior to August 10, 2026. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the transfer, as well as for updating any contact / demographic information. Please direct transfer requests to WTCA at events@wtca.org
