Amy is a strategist and facilitator with Chicago-based innovation firm Phillips & Co. For over a decade and a half, Amy has served as a key partner on strategy, research, and experience design engagements. Her business leadership and strategic facilitation have transformed start-ups and corporate clients alike. Amy brings an empathetic focus to her work with users, teams, design, and strategy. Amy received her bachelor’s in Finance and Business Management from The University of Iowa and has continued her education with certificates from IDEO and Archeworks. Outside of Phillips & Co., Amy is the Board Chair of Pangea Educational Development, a nonprofit working to address the world literacy crisis.
