Jessica brings over 15 years of experience in design strategy, experience design and innovation consulting. She is also a strategist and facilitator with Chicago-based innovation firm Phillips & Co. She is an experienced design thinker who is passionate about improving human experiences and business outcomes by developing deep empathy and understanding for those we’re working to serve. At Phillips & Co., Jessica has led projects spanning user research, ideation, prototyping, concept development and strategy development. Previously, she worked for global consultancies including Slalom and EY. Jessica holds a BS in Finance and Journalism from Indiana University.
