Nicole Marshall, MBA has more than 17 years of experience as a public relations specialist, developing integrated communications strategies for client across several industries, with a specialized focus on economic development, real estate, architecture, financial services, and technology.
Nicole has owned and operated her own independent PR agency for many years, leading client relations, business development, and campaign strategy and execution with the support of a team of freelance partners and subcontractors. She has also held prior agency leadership positions with Development Counsellors International and Rubenstein Associates, leading multi-year media relations campaigns for clients like Realtor.com, the State of Colorado, the City of Houston, and the City of Cincinnati. She also previously worked in-house as the Director of Communications for an architecture firm in her hometown City of New Orleans.
Nicole’s deep media relations experience, garnered throughout her career, includes conceptualizing creative editorial media pitching angles and researching and crafting thought leadership campaigns, contributed content, and opinion pieces on behalf of her clients.
