Ms. Eveline Kolk is Managing Director of WTC Rotterdam and WTC The Hague. She is responsible for both shaping the WTC concept based on the license and the strategy set out for the WTC in question and increasing brand awareness of the WTC businesses (national and international). For The Hague this meant positioning an existing office building as a (new) WTC, for Rotterdam this meant repositioning a long-standing monumental icon after a major renovation as the international trading house of Rotterdam with a high-quality facility level that is ready for the future.
Ms. Kolk collaborates intensively and maintains contact with stakeholders in the field of "Trade & Investment", such as Mayors and Aldermen and institutions such as Rotterdam Partners and The Hague Business. She is a face to the outside world, also in the media. In addition, she's responsible for optimal returns on the real estate with a dynamic mix of tenants (contract negotiations with new tenants, regular contact with the largertenants) , while proactively developing the high-quality facilities. Thomas Kralinski has been Head of Office and State Secretary of the State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Transport since 1 February 2022. In 2004, Kralinski became managing director of the SPD parliamentary group in the Brandenburg state parliament in Potsdam. In 2014, he moved to the state government being appointed State Secretary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Brandenburg to the Federal Government and for Media and International Relations. From 2016 to 2018, Kralinski was head of the State Chancellery in Brandenburg. Subsequently, he was again appointed Plenipotentiary of the State of Brandenburg to the Federal Government as well as for Media, Digitalisation and International Relations.
From 2003 to 2017 Kralinski was editor-in-chief of the journal »Perspektive 21. He is a member of the board of directors of the think tank »Das Progressive Zentrum«, a board member of the Forum Ost der Sozialdemokratie, a member of the radio council of Deutschlandradio and a member of the advisory board of the East German Economic Forum. Since 2021, he has been a lecturer at the University of Kassel.
Mr. Kralinski studied political science, economics and Eastern/Southeastern European Studies (Magister Artium) in Leipzig and Manchester from 1992 to 1998. This was followed by positions at the Technical University of Dresden (1999), as a research assistant at the SPD parliamentary group in Saxony (1999–2003) and as a consultant at the SPD regional association in Brandenburg (2003–2004).

After a two-year scholarship in Ontario, Canada, she went back to France and completed a Master's degree in International Trade. This opened many doors — for several years, she developed new foreign markets for regional companies and also spent five years in Senegal, where she managed a France-Senegal cooperation program and set up a local company together with local partners and investors.
Now back in France, she continues to support local players to internationalize their business and increase their innovative strength. For more than 10 years now, she has been Director of the Department of Economic Development at Inspire Metz (Metz Metropole).
Moinard is also the Director of World Trade Center Metz-Saarbrücken, a unique cross-border and binational WTC, gateway to both French and German markets and to worldwide opportunities thanks to the WTCA network.

In 1998 he moved to Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, where he led Real Estate Acquisitions till 2001.
