Dr. Srinivas Ravindra is a research and product development specialist with over 20 years of experience in the mobility industry, which includes Passenger Vehicles, Farm Tractors, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Marine, and Advanced Mobility Systems. He currently serves as the Head of Talent Development and General Manager at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, a part of Tata Motors. In this role, he is responsible for creating and implementing "Short-Term and Long-Term Capability Building Roadmaps," "Competency Frameworks," "Industry-Academia-Startup Collaborations," and "Digital Transformation and Digital Literacy Roadmaps."

He develops business-specific use cases and advanced case studies for use in Capability Building Interventions.

Holding a PhD in Advanced CAE Methodologies from IISc Bangalore, Department of Design and Manufacturing, he has completed his Masters at IIT Kharagpur and pursued PG certification courses in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence from MIT and Virginia Tech. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers, contributed to 7 book chapters, and holds 2 US patents in the fields of CAE, MDO, Automotive Safety, IC Engines, Electric Vehicles, and Bio-Medical Implants.
As an Adjunct Professor (honorary) at Virginia Tech India and IIT Madras, he teaches industry-specific case studies on data science and AI applied to mobility engineering. Passionate about driving innovation and research in the mobility industry, he is committed to developing talent for the future.
