Cancellations:
See the chart below for ticket refund windows. All refunds are subject to a US $75 processing fee.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
Partial refunds will not be granted after February 15, 2024 nor for no-shows. Please direct any questions regarding to cancellations to: vivek@wtcbengaluru.org.

Transfer Policy:
Transfer of registration (same ticket type) is permitted prior to February 15, 2024. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that transfer as well as updating any contact / demographic information. Please direct questions regarding transfers requests to vivek@wtcbengaluru.org.
