Prashant Gokhale, the Managing Director at Bühler India, has been driving the company's strategic objectives and expanding its services since 2015. He is committed to creating a collaborative leadership environment that effectively realizes defined goals. Besides leading at Bühler India, Mr. Gokhale serves as the Vice President of the Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) and the President of the South Chapter of the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce (SICC).

Mr. Gokhale is an engineer by profession with three decades of extensive industry experience spanning the food and mobility sectors. His career began in 1993 when he joined Bajaj Auto Ltd. in Pune, India, as part of their Research and Development (R&D) division. Over the years, he independently cultivated specialized expertise in project management and product development.

In 1999, Mr. Gokhale embarked on a new chapter of his professional life by joining Bühler India, a leading global technology firm known for its expertise in grains & food processing and advanced materials. During his tenure at Bühler, he has developed a diverse skill set and has held various important leadership roles, particularly in Customer Service and Sales. His guidance has been instrumental in Bühler India's impressive growth. Bühler India is the fourth-largest manufacturing hub within the Bühler Group. It employs approximately 800 full-time employees and 700 partner staff members nationwide.

Mr. Gokhale obtained his Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Pune University. Furthering his education, he pursued an Executive MBA program at Alliance University, India. In addition to these degrees, he completed management courses at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
