Prashant Doreswamy currently serves as the CEO of Continental India. He is a technology executive with a strong legacy of consistently achieving non-linear business growth, facilitating change management, and leading organizational transformation across different business verticals and cultural paradigms. He has extensive, in-depth domain knowledge spanning automotive electronics, user experience, architecture & networking, safety & motion, smart & autonomous mobility. He also has extensive experience in establishing Greenfield facilities, large-scale ER&D centers, operations management, sales, and business development teams from scratch; and has substantial international exposure leading teams with a diverse cultural/functional/geographic flavor.

He previously serves as Managing Director & Country Manager - India & SEA at Cooper Standard; and CEO (JV) / Vice President at Johnson Controls; and had notable stints at Ingersoll Rand, Siemens and VDO.

He has a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Technology and a Master’s Diploma in Business Administration (Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies); completed the Executive Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad; and is a Certified Senior TBEM Assessor (Malcolm Baldridge assessment) in TATA Group.
