Ullas Kamath is the founder of UK&Co, a management consulting collective that works on creating value for select family businesses. He founded the company with a vision of driving the growth of MSMEs in the country, with a primary focus on Family Managed Businesses. Mr. Kamath is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and he has pursued and completed M.Com., LLB, FCA, and ACS. He received his global Master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics, and he has also completed the Advanced Management Program at both Wharton Business School and Harvard Business School.

He brings with him a wealth of experience. As the former Joint Managing Director at Jyothy Laboratories Limited, he played a central role in transforming the single-brand family-owned enterprise into a multi-brand FMCG corporate valued at over 15,000 crores today!
He has won several awards and recognitions for his exceptional leadership and quality of work, including the coveted ‘All India CA Business Achiever Award - SME Category’ instituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also the recipient of the CNBC Awaaz Best CEO AWARD in the FMCG Category.

Currently, Mr. Kamath serves as a director on the boards of various companies, including V-Guard Industries Ltd, AceVector Ltd (formerly known as Snapdeal Ltd), Wonderla Holidays Ltd, Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd, and Sami-Sabinsa Group Ltd. He is also a board member of the Invest Karnataka Forum - a Government of Karnataka enterprise. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the FICCI Karnataka State Council and is also a governing council member of the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi.

Working towards his passion for family managed businesses, he recently established the K. Ullas Kamath Center for Family Managed Business at NITTE University, where generations of family business leaders come to learn from industry stalwarts.
