Crystal Edn is a New York–based global executive with over 15 years of experience across mission-driven organizations, with a background in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and global membership leadership. She currently serves as Executive Director of Member Services at the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), where she oversees global strategy and engagement across a network of more than 300 organizations in nearly 100 countries.

Her work focuses on strengthening institutional partnerships, advancing sustainable economic development, and fostering cross-border collaboration within a global network
