As Chief Commercial Officer, Josh leads the World Trade Center Greater Philadelphia’s trade services and programs for member and partner organizations. He has a track record of over 18 years of global business, trade and go-to-market experience working with innovative product and service companies to grow sales and profitability, while solving complex challenges.

Previously, Josh served as the head of International Sales for Nathan Sports, where he benefited firsthand from being an active, longtime member of the WTCGP. During his tenure at Nathan, he expanded the brand’s international distribution to 45 plus countries and sales grew by over 1,300%. In 2018, Josh co-founded Sales and Marketing agency Kompass Solutions, serving as the firm’s COO. He also led all global expansion initiatives for Kompass’s client partners covering over 12 business channels and 8 product categories.

Josh first developed his love for international cultures while studying abroad in Seville, Spain. He holds a B.A. in Communications and Minor in Spanish from Penn State University. A proud Philadelphian, Josh and his wife live downtown with their two daughters.
