Rodolfo Guimarães is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. He is the CEO of WTC Ribeirão Preto, Brazil.

He was responsible for structuring and bringing the WTC brand into a project that was still in its early concept phase, developed by Copema and integrated with RibeirãoShopping.
This helped create a mixed-use project with approximately 50,000 sqm, including residential, corporate, and commercial towers, designed under the Work, Life and Play concept, combining business, lifestyle, healthcare, and convenience in a prime location.

Today, he is also responsible for driving the WTC Ribeirão Preto Business Club — a platform created to connect business leaders, companies, and international opportunities.
The Business Club is structured around key committees such as International Trade, Innovation & Marketing, Real Estate, and Agribusiness, promoting high-level discussions and business connections.

Since its launch, the initiative has already hosted major events such as the WTC CEO Forum, gathered hundreds of executives, and organized international missions to connect local companies with global markets.

It has also been generating real business opportunities among its members, as well as attracting international partnerships through reciprocity requests from other WTCs around the world.
In addition, the platform has achieved strong engagement on digital channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram, reinforcing its positioning and reach in the region.
