Víctor González Acosta is a distinguished Paraguayan architect and business leader with decades of experience in real estate development, project management, and corporate leadership. He currently serves as President of World Trade Center Asunción and Ciudad del Este, and leads multiple companies including GA&A – González Acosta & Asociados, Capitalis S.A., Habitalis S.A., and Propius S.A., overseeing major corporate, retail, and residential developments across Paraguay. He also holds leadership roles in Emprendimientos El Parque S.A.

Beyond his business achievements, González Acosta is deeply committed to social impact and institutional development. He serves as President of Horizonte + and has held advisory and board roles with organizations such as Fundación Desarrollo en Democracia (DENDE), Fundación Tierra Nuestra, UNICEF, and Paraguay Educa. A key figure in Paraguay’s business community, he is the Founder and former President of the Paraguayan Chamber of Real Estate Developers (CAPADEI), and has contributed to regional and national development through leadership roles in CEAL, CODEASU, and AMCHAM Paraguay.

His contributions have been widely recognized with numerous awards, including the National Congress Medal “El Cabildo” for Creativity, Innovation, and Scientific Research, Entrepreneur of the Year honors from ADEC and Universidad Americana, and international recognition as Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Americas by CAMACOL.
