Racquel S. Simon is a seasoned business leader and advocate in agriculture, trade, and sustainability, with decades of experience across local and international markets. She currently serves as CEO/President of Klensever Corporation and President of Mensch Filam Corporation, while also holding long-standing leadership roles as Chairman of NOVAGREEN Corporation and former executive positions across multiple industries. Her work spans global trade, including exporting and importing agricultural products to markets such as China, Japan, Korea, the Middle East, and Russia, as well as distributing fresh produce across the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

A strong advocate for farmer empowerment and sustainable agriculture since 2017, Simon has played a key role in mobilizing farmers toward high-quality, health-oriented systems that support national food security. She is actively engaged in policy and industry development as National Coordinator of the Philippine Mango Industry, President of the National Mango Stakeholders Federation, and author of the Mango House Bill 2026. Her leadership extends to global platforms, having participated in the World Trade Organization Ministerial Meeting in Abu Dhabi (2024) and the WTO Public Forum in Geneva (2024).
