In 2017, he was appointed Director of CBRE Marseille, where he leads a team of 30, providing expert guidance across Bouches-du-Rhône and the Mediterranean region. He assists clients with office, retail, warehouse, and business space searches, offering expertise in AMO, space planning, and property management.

Beyond his leadership at CBRE, Mr. Tchenio serves as President of the Corporate Real Estate Commission within FNAIM Aix-Marseille-Provence, reinforcing his influence in the industry. He is also deeply committed to environmental causes through his involvement with Pure Ocean, a global NGO dedicated to protecting marine ecosystems.
