Pamela is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the WTC Metro Manila. She completed her master's in business administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines. She was conferred Fellow by the Academy of Multi-Skills of United Kingdom and was awarded a certificate of completion by the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education for the Leadership for the 21st Century Program.

Pamela has led the WTC Metro Manila for 17 years and has ascended to this top post due to her consistent track record in successfully managing the exhibition business, ensuring its efficient operaions, profitability and s trategic visioning. She currently sits on the Boards of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) and Union de Foires Internacionales, (UFI), the prestigious global association of the exhibition industry. As a WTCA Board Director, she was the maiden Chair of the WTCA Regional Advisory Council (RAC) for Asia Pacific in 2023-2024, and currently now provides support as its Vice Chair. Back in 2020, Ms Pascual was lauded the inaugural

Champions Award for Member of the Year by the WTCA and in 2018, was a recipient of the Philippines Women Leadership Award. She is the current Chairman and Immediate Past President (IPP) of the Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS), the umbrella organization of the MICE Industry. She was also a former Board Member of the Philippine Tourism Promotions Board (TPB).
