Speaker Bio
After six years at Coca-Cola in Paris (2013-2019), Olivier Rousseau founded Flycup, a startup revolutionizing packaging solutions for stadiums and events. Designed to enhance the spectator experience, Flycup’s patented packaging allows fans to carry and enjoy a full meal — drink, main course, and side — with just one hand, thanks to an ergonomic handle and dedicated compartments.

Beyond convenience, Flycup serves as a powerful branding tool, offering customizable, sustainable packaging that is 100% recyclable, free of plastic film, and printed with vegetable-based ink — a responsible alternative to single-use plastics.

Flycup has gained major industry recognition, partnering with Stade de France, PSG, Olympique de Marseille, and global brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Uber Eats. In 2024, after supplying packaging for the 2023 Rugby World Cup, Flycup delivered over one million units for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, further cementing its role in the event catering market.

Committed to innovation and sustainability, Flycup continues to expand its product range, introducing reusable and zero-waste solutions while also developing initiatives to promote waste sorting and recycling at events. This year, Flycup co-founded "La Flamme," the first co-working space dedicated to sports and impact, in partnership with World Trade Center (WTC) Marseille Provence, to support and structure the sports ecosystem.

At the GBF, Mr. Rousseau brings firsthand experience in scaling a local innovation into a global success, offering insights on building strategic partnerships that bridge commerce, community, and global connectivity.
