Carles Anglada, Civil Engineer, and MBA, has been working for 35 years in General Management in several sectors: Public Administration, services, industrial and FMCG companies. Since September 2023, he has had the responsibility of managing WTC Barcelona.

He joined WTC Barcelona with three main goals:

1. Turning WTC Barcelona into the real estate manager for all the assets within the Port of Barcelona.
2. Helping the Port to reposition its commercial strategy towards a more sustainable business model by opening (to open soon) the Blue Tech Port, the major Blue Economy Hub in Europe.
3. Redefine the site after the COVID crisis, turning it into a Business Hub and opening the Port to the city and its citizens to revitalize the complex.
