He has worked at leading companies in the civil construction and real estate development sector, such as Alphaville Urbanismo and Five Engenharia, in São Paulo, gaining expertise in large-scale projects and urban infrastructure. His experience integrates new techniques and technologies to enhance quality and sustainability.

Pedro Paulo Fereira is a managing partner at Inconew Empreendimentos e Construções, vice president of real estate affairs at SINDUSCON-TAP, a board member in his family group’s hospitality and healthcare mall businesses, and an entrepreneur in the solar energy sector.
