During her tenure at the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, she held roles including Deputy Director of the International Exchange Division and Director of the Foreign Affairs Management Division, spearheading initiatives that advanced Shenzhen’s global integration. Her efforts in promoting partnerships with international sister cities bolstered Shenzhen’s economic, cultural, and technological exchanges, cementing its status as a global metropolis.
During her service as Vice Chairperson of the Shenzhen Bao’an and Futian District CPPCC Committees, Ms. Haobo advocated for sustainable urban policies, green construction, and smart city development. Her proposals on integrating real estate with urban growth were incorporated into Shenzhen’s city planning, enhancing livability.
