Born in 1983, Matthieu Capuono grew up and studied in Marseille. Mr. Capuono graduated from KEDGE in 2008, specializing in finance and strategy. He then decided to complete his academic career by obtaining an American degree from the University of Louisiana (LSU) and gained his first professional experience in New York. In 2011, upon returning to Marseille, he joined the family business and joined the firm founded by his father in 1987.

In 2014, Matthieu Capuono became a certified public accountant, completed an IFRS Manager training course at the IAE Lyon, and published his thesis on "The role of the chartered accountant in assisting in the implementation of a tool to reduce production times for a reference or reporting document."

Today, Mr. Capuono serves as President of the firm, alongside six partners, defining strategic directions with a major focus for the Group's development. By 2024, Crowe Ficorec will have:

An expert in auditing and international development activities, he has joined the Crowe network and actively participates in various committees and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Capuono is also deeply involved in the local ecosystem, having served as President of the Marseille branch of the Young Managers Center from 2016 to 2018. He is currently Treasurer of APEX (an association supporting companies in the South Region in their international development), a member of UPE13 (Union for Businesses of Bouches du Rhône), and a patron of the Cercle des Nageurs de Marseille. Finally, as a supporter of a strong and proactive CSR approach, he included the firm in the UN Global Compact in 2014 to align its actions with the Group's values.
