Mr. Toffa is the Managing Director of ECS Langues, a language training center based in the west of France.
Mr. Toffa has a PhD in International Business from the University of Paris Dauphine, and have spent most of my career in the export sector.
Mr. Toffa has managed various subsidiaries of companies such as Pelikan, Interflora and Brita in France and abroad, which has given me a good understanding of the issues and challenges facing companies and groups operating in an international environment.
