Luciano Menezes, CEO of WTC Lisboa, has over 30 years of experience with several companies, ranging from sales to new markets and directorships.

Before joining the WTC Lisboa, Mr. Menezes was the Marketing and Commercial Director for TESA Telecom South America, where he developed the strategy and execution for commercial marketing channels. Exame Magazine listed TESA as the 14th fastest growing SME company among its 250 competitors in Brazil. He also has experience with the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) Brazil as a manager of membership services fostering relationships between the AMCHAM Brazil and the US Chamber of Commerce.

After obtaining his degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, one of the most prestigious universities in Brazil, Mr. Menezes then attended the University of Buffalo. He was also part of the International Executive MBA Program of the Katz Graduate School of Business. He currently serves as a Vice-Chair of the WTCA Board of Directors.
