Patricia MOINARD-DROUVOT is a professional networker and economic developer with more than 30 years of experience in supporting companies. She is CEO of WTC Metz-Saarbrücken since 2016 and elected member of the WTCA Europe Regional Advisory Council (ERAC).

Patricia Moinard-Drouvot began her career in Dakar, Senegal, where she led the French-Senegalese economic cooperation program for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1998 to 2000, and later worked as Export Manager for CARACOLO until 2003. She then returned to France as Export Manager and Business Developer at FONDEXLOR in Metz, also joining the World Trade Center Metz-Saarbrücken. From 2007 to 2009, she headed the Innovation and International Department at the Regional Chamber of Arts and Crafts in Metz. Since 2009, she has been Director of Economic Attractiveness and Development at Inspire Metz – Invest in Metz.
