Jean-Yves Baeteman is the founder and president of Batimex, a company specializing in outdoor decorative lighting and home equipment. A seasoned entrepreneur, he also serves as president of APEX, sits on the board of the Union Patronale, and leads the Bacchus Business Club.

A passionate networker with a strong international outlook, Jean-Yves has spent much of his career traveling—particularly to China, a country whose culture he knows intimately. Drawing on his deep expertise in foreign trade, he established Batimex in 2004 and has since built a reputation for bridging markets and fostering global business connections.

As our opening day Master of Ceremonies, Jean-Yves will engage attendees throughout the day, introduce speakers, moderate discussions, and ensure a smooth and engaging flow of the program.
