Anthony Cicini is the Founder and President of Troy Healthcare, a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in FDA-regulated over-the-counter topical analgesics. Since co-founding the company in 1997, Cicini has led Troy Healthcare with a clear vision centered on product innovation, formulation excellence, and scalable manufacturing. He has built and assembled a dedicated, cross-functional team spanning research and development, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and packaging—all operating within Troy Healthcare’s FDA-compliant 80,000-square-foot facility in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.

Under his leadership, the company served as the contract manufacturer for Biofreeze® from 2000 to 2010, gaining deep expertise in high-performance pain relief formulations. He also spearheaded the development and retail expansion of the Stopain® brand beginning in 2002, and in 2010 led Troy’s acquisition of the brand, positioning it for long-term growth. Recognizing an opportunity to better serve healthcare professionals, he later launched Stopain Clinical in 2017—an exclusive line tailored for clinical use.
